Astfel, chiar dac\u0103 angajatorul alege s\u0103 externalizeze aceste servicii, legea nu \u00eel exonereaz\u0103 de r\u0103spundere.<\/p><p>Dar ce m\u0103suri ar trebui s\u0103 ia un angajator pentru a respecta legea?<\/p><p>Firstly, to ensure the safety and health protection of workers, secondly, to prevent occupational risks, to inform and train employees. Moreover, the employer has the obligation to implement the necessary measures to avoid risks at the workplace, to evaluate the risks that cannot be avoided, to combat the risks at the source, to adapt the work to the person, to choose work equipment and production methods in order to reducing the monotony of work. The law also requires the employer to adapt to technical progress and to replace what is dangerous with what is not dangerous. Non-compliance with these obligations by the employer constitutes a contravention. Furthermore, when workplaces undergo changes, extensions and\/or transformations, the employer must take all necessary measures to ensure that these changes, extensions and\/or transformations are in accordance with legal requirements.
